Change does not come from the adhering to the status quo. Change has historically only come from those who are on the outskirts, those who live in the margins of society. It is those who feel they do not truly belong that will have the most cause to remake the world in an image that is more inclusive, fair, innovative and just. We seek to engage those new voices and learn directly from them what is on the near horizon.
